Data Handling

We collect only the data needed to operate your account — identity verification, transaction records and login history. We do not sell your data to third parties. Retention periods are defined by our audit policy and disclosed in our privacy schedule.

Our platform uses session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand lobby usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to log in or transact.

Account Security

Account access is protected by password hashing and two-factor authentication options. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic hold and an email alert to the address on file. You can review active sessions from your account security panel.

Data Retention

Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Identity documents are stored in encrypted form and deleted once the retention period has elapsed, subject to any ongoing legal hold.

To request a correction to your stored personal data or to ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain, write to our legal email channel. We process valid requests within 14 calendar days and confirm completion in writing.

Dispute Path

If a dispute arises from your account or a transaction, the first step is our internal complaints process. If that does not resolve the matter, the terms specify the governing law and jurisdiction under which any further proceedings would be conducted.

We send advance notice to the email address registered on your account before any change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, as stated in the agreement.

You can submit a deletion request to our legal email channel. We will remove data we are not legally required to retain and confirm completion in writing. Data subject to a regulatory hold will be flagged and explained in our response.
