Account Security

Your password is stored as a one-way hash — our staff cannot read it. Two-factor authentication is available and we encourage you to enable it. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic alert to your registered email.

Data Retention

Transaction logs are retained for the period required by applicable law. Account profile data is held while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards. You may request early deletion where law permits us to do so.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe networks) and fraud-prevention services strictly under data-processing agreements that bind them to the same standards we follow.
